All orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving a cleared payment. We ship out orders all through Monday to Saturday.
Any orders placed on Saturday after 2pm EST will be processed on Monday.

US - All items are shipped using USPS First Class Mail which delivers between 2 - 3 working days
Canada - All items are shipped using USPS First Class Mail which delivers between 5 - 7 working days
Other International - All items are shipped using USPS First Class International which delivers between 4 - 21 working days

After I place my order how long will it take for my package to ship?
Typically orders ship within 2 business days.

My order has shipped but I still can’t track it. How can I find out where it is?
Orders usually take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to sometimes be updated on the shipper's system. Please wait up to 48 hours at the most before contacting either us or USPS.

I am shipping my order outside of the US. Will I be charged additional duties?
No you will not. However this differs from country to country. Please check with appropriate authorities.

Our policy only lasts for 7 days after date of delivery. After 7 days we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. We will issue refunds for damaged, defective items, or wrong items shipped. We don't cover shipping fees for items to be returned. Due to the low-cost nature of our products, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges for any other reasons.

As we are certain you will understand, only unused items that meet these criteria may be accepted for refund or exchange (unless defective). And of course, the item must have been purchased on our site.

How long will my exchange or return take?
Exchanges typically take 2 - 3 business days to be processed. Please allow 2 - 7 business days for refunds to show up in your account.

About Unclaimed Items
For items unclaimed and returned, we will issue a refund of the cost of the item but not of the shipping fee.
